We are an independent citizen assistance centre. We are not a Government office, and we are not affiliated with UIDAI, the Income Tax Department, the Election Commission of India, the Ministry of External Affairs, or any other Government body. All applications are submitted directly on the official Government portal concerned.
Our facilitation charges are separate from any official Government fee and will be communicated to you before we begin your application. Government fees, where applicable, are paid by you directly on the official portal.
You are responsible for providing accurate documents and information. We assist with data entry and submission but cannot guarantee approval, processing time, or outcome, as these are decided solely by the concerned Government department.
We are not liable for delays, rejections, or changes in Government rules, fees, or portals that occur after submission of your application.
