No. We are a private citizen assistance centre based in Debipur, Jiaganj, Murshidabad. We help you fill and correctly submit your application on the genuine official Government portal — such as uidai.gov.in, passportindia.gov.in, parivahan.gov.in or voters.eci.gov.in — and we never use unofficial third-party websites.

Carry your existing Aadhaar or PAN card (if you already have one), a valid photo ID proof, an address proof, and a couple of recent passport-size photographs. Our desk will confirm the exact document list for your specific service before you begin the application.

Any Government fee (where applicable, such as PAN or Passport fees) is paid directly on the official portal at the prescribed rate. Separately, we charge a transparent, upfront facilitation charge for our assistance — this is always explained to you before we start the application, with no hidden costs.

Most applications — Aadhaar updates, PAN corrections, certificate requests, bill payments — are completed at our desk in a single visit, usually within 15–30 minutes. Government processing and approval time after submission depends entirely on the concerned department and is outside our control.

Yes. Every official portal issues an acknowledgement, reference or AIN number on submission. We note this down for you, and you're welcome to return, call, or message us on WhatsApp so we can help you check the latest status.

Yes — we assist with eligibility checks and applications for major West Bengal welfare schemes such as Kanyashree, Rupashree, Krishak Bandhu and the state's income-support schemes, always through the relevant official state Government portal.

We only use your documents to complete the specific application you request that day, submitted directly on the official Government website. We do not retain copies beyond what is needed to assist you, and we never share your data with third parties.
